Hahahahaha you on the wind up mate hahaha, will say one thing is the rule for keepers staying on their line for pens been brought in to England,as if we had any of our pens saved then I would be expecting them to be retaken as Allison was off his line for all of them bar one I think, not that it mattered..

Yes , the all night vigil has been postponed

Enjoyed the day out but where to start. I mentioned before the game that they had fans in our end in shirts and scarfs but were allowed in. When they scored a few finally got thrown out. But why were they allowed into our end in the first place.

I am sorry but I thought they were thugs today and got away with it because of Atkinson. Some really nasty tackles on the two Silvas and Leroy.

I think we got a taste today of possible life without Leroy and it was a little concerning. Once Leroy had gone off we just did not have that raw pace to trouble them too much. They were delighted when he went off. We must try to keep him.

Bravo was again superb and will be very unlucky to lose his place next week. Cometh the hour... Stonesy you were brilliant! If only he can keep up that level of performance. He was purring like a rolls Royce at the back. Ota was also fantastic and hope he stays. Walker also stepped up today. Thought Rodders was excellent and loved his little post match dance and celebration.

Leroy would have caused them real problems today shame he couldn’t continue.

Raz could have put this game to bed second half, but for some reason started to second guess himself again.

Based on today’s game I think Phil’s time has come to be a regular starter.

The second half we were missing a leader and someone like Vinny to calm it all down. We missed Eric today.

Loved Peps attitude after the yellow card he just carried on with the same passion.

Very subdued celebrations but understandable really given the occasion.

Some Liverpool fans were looking for trouble both before and after the game, and they made the rags post game get away look quite slow!

Lots of positives, things to work on, but it still does not get old watching us win at Wembley and also beating the dippers in any competition.

Sterling and Sane had TAA for breakfast in 1st half. He's not a full back. However, we tired a lot 2nd half and were really hanging on. Providing Sane's injury isn't so bad, that's the only worry. We were way off the pace from the hour mark which should be a be a short term concern with the Premier League days away. Can we catch up in 1 week?
