Well that buggers my plans up for the game
We fly in from Sri Lanka early that morning and was hoping to get the train from Piccadilly.

Going to be too knackered to drive to London and back.

This is from Virgin Trains website :

London Euston to Watford Junction
Routes:
London - Birmingham - Wolverhampton
London & West Midlands - Chester & North Wales
London - Liverpool & Manchester
London & West Midlands - North West & Scotland
Date: From Saturday 09 August until Sunday 10 August

What is happening?
Most of our services will start from / terminate at either Milton Keynes Central or Rugby, with the exception of an hourly service between London Euston, Coventry and Birmingham International, via High Wycombe and Leamington Spa on the Chiltern route.

Alternative route:
Services on the West Midlands and Manchester Piccadilly routes, will be reduced to two services per hour, in each direction.

Advice:
Passengers are advised to use alternative routes where possible, or use our service from London Euston, diverted via the Chiltern route to the West Midlands, to connect into / out of our services.

Get the train form the airport to Sheffield and then on to St Pancras
