I will go but it’s going to be half empty (or full) and occupied by randoms. Fully understand why Blues don’t prioritise it.

I’m based in London for work so no excuses from me.

In the dark days we could only dream of Wembley now we should go every opportunity the sun will be shining beer flowing and watching a great team what more do you want

I'm 30 minutes away on the train, and I haven't even looked what day/time kick off is, or at the ticket prices.

I don't particularly like wembley, and watched the C1 Cup final on TV last year, so the chances of me going to watch a 'friendly' at wembley were pretty slim.

Can't wait for the first home game though :)

Credit where credit is due. The Facebook ticket organiser has been encouraging Blues to make it to Wembley and been giving advice on overcoming the complexities of our / City’s new ticket site.

He’s spot on for that and must spend ages buying and getting tickets out...the page is great, my only issue is away tickets as clearly some use it to get the points when not going, meaning people jump the queue. I know a lad who got a Southampton away via that site and he isn’t even a season ticket holder. Anyway back to the community shield and fingers crossed now sales have picked up we get 20k+ there...my 5 have just arrived so can’t wait!

Understand the sentiment, but if you wanted to go, you wouldn't let the poor website stop you

Spot on Oils.

I had been critical of the Facebook page in years gone by so I thought it was fair enough to point out the good work going on. It has probably also encouraged City to
Improve the Ticket Exchange.

Fair enough mate but I think the boost in sales over the last few days includes some Blues who rarely go to a game these days and who don’t keep track of changes to ticket sites.

How many years did we wish we went to Wembley? I will make every effort, every time to go but I can understand why many people will not go as it can be an expensive do for a friendly.
