One more question. Done that. Once you press continue the email address and numbers disappear. It doesn't take you to another screen for confirmation. I assume there isn't another screen?

You should get this screen at the end of the confirmation process;

You should also get an email saying the following (this has been copied and pasted from mine);

Thanks for registering for tickets to the Live from City concert at the City
of Manchester Stadium on Friday 17th July. We're happy to let you know that
you've been successful, and you should be receiving your tickets in the post
by Special Delivery in the next few days.

We'll be emailing you again next week to let you know some more information
about the concert including start times and car parking information, so keep
an eye on your inbox.

Congratulations on claiming your tickets, and we'll see you there!

I just sat there wondering why i couldn't click any of them links :(
 
You dont need to take the 000s off, the problem people are probably having is leaving a space before the number entry so make sure you delete it.

Mine didn't work with the 000s on (without any spaces), as soon as I took them off it worked perfectly.

i been a season ticket holder for years and have
had no email about dove tickets
