No the black one is either the Goalkeeper or 3rd Kit. I've also got the old white shirt, loved that shirt.

Black is the away. White is the third.

This was explained in the thread a few days ago - with all the info from the Umbro HQ viewing session. Makes sence really - if Etihad are going to have a small logo, they're not gonna want to put that on the away kit, as the away will get more exposure - hence the small logo being on the third.

From a South African website;

When Manchester City turn out against Orlando Pirates in the Vodacom Challenge in Cape Town in July they will be wearing new kit.

This follows yesterday’s announcement that City have entered a three-year, multi-million pound shirt sponsorship deal with Abu Dhabi-based Etihad Airlines.

The deal ends a long association with Thomas Cook and cements a relationship founded through City’s new owners, the Abu Dhabi United Group, who have invested so much cash in the Eastlands’ outfit already.

City will wear their new shirt for the first time in Cape Town, when they tackle Orlando Pirates on July 18 at the start of their three-match tour of South Africa.

The mega-rich English Premiership club then travel to Durban to meet Kaizer Chiefs in July 21.

Port Elizabeth will play host to the Soweto Derby portion of the competition on July 23, before the winner of that match takes on City in the Final on July 25, at a venue still to be confirmed.
