MX5 - hairdressers car!

Peugeot have a different blind French designer working for them now - almost as bad as the one thats been working at Renault for the last 10 years ...

Anyway - you need to buy British chaps ;-)

Except Land Rover haven't been British for donkey's years. My hairdresser's car, on the other hand, is...

Nissan 350Z

Looks like a mash between a TT and a 350Z / 370Z. All hairdressers cars anyway, shite.

It has the haunches of the Karmann Ghia.

Au contraire - bunch of Solihull boys and girls screw them together (not always following the MFI style instructions to be fair) and stick an engine in them slapped together by the boys in Dagenham - you know, the ones that used to turn out those quality products, the Ford Cortina and Sierra ;-)

I know - the LE500 is. The car pictured, however, is a TF160, created very much while MG was still British ;)

I sense we're using different definitions of what constitutes a British car. I was meaning built in Britain by a British-owned company. Not nailed together in Birmingham or Sunderland for the proceeds to go back to the American/Japanese company.

Course MG's problem was there were no proceeds, hence them now being Chinese!
