Eccles of course! Just Eccles!!
Sorry if this has been mentioned anywhere else but I haven't got time to go through every page:

Has anyone else noticed that we do not appear to have played the same 11 players two games running since Mr Mancini took over? All this chopping and changing cannot be good for either team morale or their performance on the pitch. (I am not talking about substitutions but the team that starts the match)

Brum played 11 matches with the same set of players and moved rapidly up the table.

CONSISTENCY, CONSISTENCY. That is what we need. A consistent group of players to learn how to work together and how to communicate with each other.

CONSISTENCY AND COMMUNICATION, Mr Mancini, leads to GELLING AND GOALS!!

He's obviously trying to get a system working and seeing which players fit into that system best. I have no qualms about him giving a run out to all the players at his disposal, provided he settles on a winning formula!

We have had loads of injuries, not the managers fault we don't have a settled team.

I think you have to take into account all the injuries we have had and still have... they play a big part of why we havent been able to put the same 11 in 2 matches in a row... not sure but we do seem to have a lot of fragile players... either its because the training under hughes was to rigorous or they had their healthy years in other clubs than ours..

and besides i dont think Man U has had the same 11 in over 100 matches now... and they are doing good arent they?

Brum will have played 11 because they might only have a dozen or so to start with, and the press and the club turn it into a virtue. We have to keep a couple of dozen pros onside by giving them some element of a game week in, week out. Wait until an injury or suspension hits McLeish or Joe H has one of his rushes of blood and charges out to the corner flag.
