Just seems that any angle for bad news about us and the media love it.
I don't think I am being paranoid but they are seriously picking holes
in everything about us.
It bothers me because they never report on all the good things
we have been doing recently.

The story originated in the Italian media. Now the job of the people employed by media outlets in this country is to report on stories, and whether we think this is a non-story or not, the media have picked on it and have ran it from their outlets, or in other words doing their job. It's hardly a conspiracy is it?!
 
I feel we allow ourselves to be ripped apart in the media. We need to protect our players a little bit better and maybe throw a couple of court cases around when papers blatantly lie. This would make journalists think twice about what they write (which I think you will find is what the rags do)
We let the media get away with everything and until we put a stop to it they will carry on!
I think in our metioric rise we have strengthened in some many areas but have maybe overlooked the importance of this one!

there's no conspiracy. it's their duty in a way and as much as we hate it, we are the bad guys of football right now, but because of what we've done not who we are... if say villa spent the money we have they'd be getting the exact same negative press, as would spuds if they had a foreign manager, as would the rags if they weren't shit scared of baconface. there seems to me like there's an unwritten code between clubs and the press and we're tearing it up in every way possible and I for one fucking love it
 
The press need to radicalise and dress-up a non-story as much as possible, so you buy the paper; or in SkySports' case, click on the link. How many people are going to be interested in "Balotelli takes a tour if Naples"? Throw in the Italian mob and a Godfather quote, and you have something a little more interesting.

Shoddy journalism, yes. Conspiracy against the club, hell no. Stop being paranoid, it's embarrassing.
 
Am I the only one thats quite concerned by this? Im not talking about the "Conspiracy", im talking about him having his picture taken ( By under cover cops ) with members of the Mafia?

Next step in this story is Match fixing.

No conspiracy, but what i would say is that twat Neil Ashton should get a visit from the klossimator because he needs that smug arrogant fuckin face to be given a good slap. In the last few days we had the Tevez in buenos aires story and he then roasted (not literally mind you) Joe Hart about his so called goalkeeping errors on saturday in his piece of shit of a paper.
This nobjockey is pure poison and cant wait when he gets his cumuppence!
