What devices are you both on? Please could you try clearing your cache (and making sure you select "All time" in the time range). Give me a shout if you're not sure how to do it.

When you say clear cache, is that chrome's cache? I'm on a honor 10 mobile.

Yeah, if you go to Settings > Privacy > Clear browsing data then that should fix it (make sure time range is set to "all time").

Cleared my cache on Samsung s6 for Samsung internet and chrome, still getting it. Cleared history as well.

Still there just lost some important bookmarks magic.

Doesn’t happen on IPad
