Yeah cheers for replying, I called a SEAT dealer in Warrington today, Salesman was saying there is some bug in their database which is impacting SEAT dealers country wide, hence the thread.

VWFS also offer a 2 year service plan that you can include in your finance agreement, can't remember how much exactly but it's reasonable. As for a bug in the database affecting Seat dealers country wide, not sure that is entirely accurate.
