A brilliant film with a superb performance from Sam Riley(?) as Ian. Well worth a watch. Followed straight after by 24 Hour Party People :)

Really great film. I'd always found Joy Divison quite dark and hard to listen too prior to watching this but the energy and spirit of the film coupled with the warmth and empathy displayed towards Ian made me realise how wrong I'd got it.

Good film saw it at the cornerhouse.The Rob Gretton bits are seriously funny.

Very good, but I thought Paddy Considine's performance as Rob Gretton in 24 Hour Party People was even better! Gretton was a blue wasn't he?

Great film, like someone said even if you don't like Joy Division (personally I think they're fantastic) definitely worth watching.

On a side not Adam Johnson looks so much like Ian Curtis!
