converting video files to mpeg4

my new phone only allows mpeg4 videos to be uploaded...everything i have downloaded is not!

they are either real player videos...or Xvid's (?!?)

any help in converting them will be much appreciated

easy mate...have checked google but cant find anything...well cant find anything for free...

tho that is a class website...
