Cooks/Chefs outside their environment but still in their uniform

Don't get me wrong - I have a wide and varied appreciation of different cuisine styles (code for I'll eat any old shit)

but sometimes you will see a chef outside of the kitchen and you think 'Fuck there's no way I'm eating where he works'

not counting the likes of maccy d's burger king etc

Inverted snobbery - I'm no 'better' than the guys who work there but sometimes front of house is totally different to the back of the kitchens

fast food joints you sort of have a sub conscious expectation of what to expect
