Cool wheelchairs

I've been looking for a wheelchair/electric scooter for a while now without much joy so i thought i'd ask on here if anyone has any ideas.
Gotta be 4 wheeled, lightweight and, most importantly, not look like it was designed in 1920. Google away Mooners..

On basis I might need to be seriously looking at something for my brother soon I'd started having a cursory look. I was going to investigate these which you can get here from the US but they are eye wateringly expensive :-( and they had to do a product recall when they were originally released. Innovation all well and good when your loved one isn't the guinea pig!

Apart from that, all the ones I've looked at so far look pretty 'medical' I'm afraid. Seen a few decent looking scooters, but they tend to be 3-wheelers.
