Don't think the US have enough this time around but it would be foolish to count Mexico out. The home field adv is even bigger than the hosts and the team is playing with confidence. Don't know if Guardado is coming back they have been fine without him.

Oh I agree with you both that Mexico will be dark horses, they've been good in this and a playing as a proper team but I think they're just lacking that quality of a Chile or a Uruguay with Suarez or a Brazil with Neymar (the latter 2 being shite without both). Add to that its a shame that Mexico will probably be playing Chile in the Quarters.

I actually forgot about Colombia too but they aren't that solid at the back imo. Looking at the draw USA actually got pretty lucky but thats what you get for topping your group.

USA, Colombia, Argentina, Mexico/Chile would be a pretty good Semi Finals if they all get through.

Just can't look past Argentina when Messi is on it.
