Right, I’ve just got off the phone to someone at the ticket office. The word is to ignore the e-mail without the attachment and another one should come through in the next few hours or so. Wait and see I guess

I've ordered 4 but only got one ticket in the attachment. Are they emailing them out individually to the person who's season card was used rather than sending them to the lead person like when they post them out?

Second time around I got mine with separate attachment as you do with most ticket related stuff. My sons was missing but after initially panicking have since discovered they have sent his ticket to his designated email. Hope this reassures you .
