Right!
If you want a bar brewed Pilsner/beer which is only 30 Krone (£3.53) a bottle, which is cheap by Copenhagen beer prices, plus other good beers (see the pictures below) including a cheaper beer than 30 Krone, that I didn’t try, but was shown by the lad working behind the bar, go to Mc KLUDD. Mc KLUDD is at the bottom of Istedgae, opposite ENGHAVE PLADS.
Note: I stayed on the bar brewed Pilsner all night long last night (whilst watching the matches), so I don’t know how much the other bottle beers cost. If you don’t like smokers or cig smoke, don’t go. There where some mokers in there last night.
Come out of the central station, and instead of turning right towards the city centre, the town hall, and Tivoli Park, turn left on to Istedgade, which runs parallel with Vesterbrogade, and keep on walking, 10-15(max) minutes later you will be in ENGHAVE PLADS, which is a large square containing 2 small parks. Around the square are bars, restaurants, cafe bars, shops, etc. You can sit outside around the park. It’s a really cool and nice place. As you walk down Istedgade there are more bars, restaurants, cafe bars, places to eat, numerous kebab shops, etc. You can also get the Metro to ENGHAVE PLADS station that brings you right into the square. Red/M3 line, next stop after Central Station.
You are going away from the right side of central station, the shopping district, Tivoli Park, and the bars around there, but it’s only a 10-15 minute walk back, or 1 Metro Station back, if you decided to head back, so it’s not a big detour.

ENGHAVE PLADS in relation to Central Station. It looks far, but it’s not.

Green stations give greater quality of life. On Enghave Plads the space above the metro station was made into an inviting and recreative environment by planting Robinia trees. Our StrataCells were integrated to ensure them optimal growth conditions.www.milford-global.com
Enghave Plads — danish architecture and design review
Vesterbro - the part of the city immediately west of the central railway station - is a densely-occupied area of apartment buildings with most dating from around 1900. This was a strongly working class part of the city with the main rail line forming the southern boundary and with the meat marketsdanishdesignreview.com
