Anyone see the Sevilla fans get free beer in the away end? Hopefully we get similar!
Thanks @BinMan, never been to Sweden, so we'll probably make the trip, depending on whether we've exhausted the options in Copenhagen....There isn't too much to do or see in Malmö but the city centre is nice enough. It is about 40 mins from Central Copenhagen to Central Malmo over the bridge and easy to do.
If you go over, the nicest place for drinking is around Lilla Torg where there are quite a few bars around the square, about a 5min walk from Central Station. Drum Bar, Fagans are Scottish & Irish bars that are pretty decent around there and there are lots of restaurants & bars around that way. Most bars will have happy hours called 'afterworks' around 5 - 7pm. The city centre is small so easy to get around it.
There is also an area called Möllan which is another square with bars & restaurants. It is a little bit further out of the centre but is a bit cheaper for drinking.
If you have the time Malmö is worth a look but Copenhagen is better for drinking and there is much more to see and do there.
Helsingör up the coast would be a nice day trip up from Copenhagen also.
Suspect that was a nice gesture because there were only a few of them. Spanish teams don't tend to have much of an away support. If we're taking 2.5k-ish then its going to be an expensive gesture.Anyone see the Sevilla fans get free beer in the away end? Hopefully we get similar!
Yes. Bedrooms very similar to cabin’s on a ferry. Maybe that’s why it’s called Cabinn? I remember checking in behind a guy in a suit with a drunk prostitute in tow. It’s located way out of town. There’s a soulless shopping mall in walking distance. All I’ll say is, I’m so excited. And I just can’t hide it. I’ve just seen a Wowcher deal and I think I like it.Anyone used the Cabinn group hotels before?
Pretty mixed reviews
Me and my son are flying, Manchester to Stockholm (SWE) on Monday, night there and then early flight back to Copenhagen (DEN), night after game in Copenhgaen, then Early flight to Oslo (NOR), day in Oslo and then flight back to Manchester on Wednesday Night arrive @ 20:20 then sleep!!! zzzzzzzzzzzzzz
Third block just opened this morning. ;)Max we will sell is 2/3rds, can't see the 3rd block being released, around 2,400 sold.
2,550 sold approx out of 2,950 released so far.Third block just opened this morning. ;)
With tickets still shifting - albeit more slowly now - and over 3 weeks until the game itself, there's a chance that we might sell out if they remain on sale for long enough. Although 2550 is a decent following in the current economic climate, it'll be great if we can get nearly 4000 blues to this one as the more fans we take should make for a good night before the game, plus I'm led to believe that the Copenhagen fans can be a very noisy bunch so we'll need plenty of singers to counter that.2,550 sold approx out of 2,950 released so far.
They really are drip feeding this one with around 900 in block 3 not released yet. If there is no cut off they will probably all sell mainly to Scands in the next week or 2.
I suppose FCK aren't putting pressure on our sales like we often get, taking a Jim Bowen approach.
I stayed in that one before , but staying in cabinn city this time . Think they have 5 or 6 in CopenhagenYes. Bedrooms very similar to cabin’s on a ferry. Maybe that’s why it’s called Cabinn? you've got more chance of getting hit with a police baton than you have a free beer.Anyone see the Sevilla fans get free beer in the away end? Hopefully we get similar!
