the bay islands off honduras, the cheapest place to get a paddi and some of the best coral around. some crumpet there too!

Barrier reef is great.
Also bit further down the coast just off the whitsunday islands some great places.
And also the best beaches anywhere I have ever seen.

I've only been snorkelling to Sharm El Sheikh and it was great. Great reefs, fish etc and there was even a ship wreck you could go out to on a speed boat and them snorkel a bit further away from it
