With a touch of freshly ground black pepper hmm nice.

Chop up a tin of corn beef up into smaller chunks,

lighty fry in a little oil until is sort of a mash,

then add in a can of baked beans,

add some worcester sauce and heat through.

Add a couple of sausages or fried egg on the side as required.

Lovely for breaky, espcially before going on the lash.
