mix the potatoes onion and corned beef together into beefburger shapes dust them in flour and fry till the potato gets brown. trust me this is so simple i can do it, and its like heaven on a plate.

Has anyone ever had a corned beef sandwich from a deli in America? Totally unrecogniseable from the crap they sell over here. It's more like a pastrami.
That's because it's actually not Corned Beef in the proper sense, it's pickled beef
I suppose that's why it's different and nicer. But they still call it corned beef and it's ace

I love corned beef hash, or just corned beef mashed into mashed potatoes then browned under the grill. Lovely with brown sauce.

Ditto, corned beef hash, top class. Although I think it's just the salt that makes it nice to be honest.

I just picked up 400g of extra lean corned beef for my dinners.
Big difference between corned beef and canned corn beef.
