We're doing better this year than we have in the past 3.
That being said I'd rather see Bravo come up to take a corner than see Silva taking them. He's f**king terrible at them.
I agree with this. Our corners should be taken by Kolarov or KDB.

Our corners this season have actually been a lot better than in recent seasons!

Taken a lot more short corners yesterday, and scored last week from a low corner. But. Need to accept we are never going to have the advantage some other teams have from a corner. Dont know the stats but I would imagine teams like Barcelona, Arsenal and this season without Skrtel Liverpool have similarly poor corner records

Doesnt matter if there are only one or two players to hit and the opponent know who to mark with no centre forward to mark, except from the second ball. Actually may do better not to try and score but to wait for the second ball falling.I agree with this. Our corners should be taken by Kolarov or KDB.

We score from corners in strange ways as it's not from towering over the opposition with a header but usually through kicking the ball in the net

I enjoy headed goals too. As impressive as a volley for me.
It's a skill that very few professional footballers are good at as well. When Falcao was younger he was just amazing at heading. Some of his diving headers into the top corner were something to behold.
Kun's at Watford and that Džeko one at Spurs in the 1-5 are two of my favourite goals.

it's just struck me (god knows why I never thought of it before) how utterly pointless it is, aimlessly firing a cross in, when we have a bunch of midgets and clueless headers of the ball in the box. I mean, what on earth is the point. It's no wonder we haven't scored a headed corner since 1902.
