Corny shop names

Hairdressers ("Fringing upon a cut above the usual pun" - and all that bollocks) are the worst offenders but dog grooming parlours run them a close second (there's one near me called "Doggy Style").

There's a small town up around the Galway/Mayo border which for the life of me, I can't think of right now (worryingly, I used to drive through it twice a week, once upon a time!) but, anyway, let's pretend it was called Dunford... Not far from the church, across from the petrol station, there it was nestled between the two pubs... "The Dunford Dry Cleaning Parlour".

my grandparents call them "the woggy shop" bless him they are so fecking racist !! but in those days it was acceptable.

TBH I even call the chinese "the chink" or "chinky" but I'm not racist at all. Just what you grow up with I guess.

Hairdressers and chippies seem to be popular and I can add British Hairways and A Salt 'n' Battered to the list.

Not the name of a shop I know, but I remember a shop that sold venetian, roller, all kinds of blinds with the logo "If it wasn't for us, it'd be curtains for everyone".
