Question for anyonw who may know;

Grandaughter self isolating after teacher test positive.
Daughter off work to look after her (council employee)
Work say she will not get paid.

Is this right?

If she has taken time off to look after her daughter yes family friendly is unpaid but if she felt she had symptoms and booked a test for say weds results back Fri she would then be paid as isolating

Puzzling.
Mrs WD has had hers (NHS worker). She got a Public Health England card with her name, name of vaccine, batch number, the date of the jab, second appointment date and space for details of the second one. Is that not what everyone has got?
 
When will all the over 50s be vaccinated by? If that is not until the summer, then there is your answer, no?
No because the rates will subside in the summer like last year and that was the scenario being put.

should we release restrictions if hospitalisations haven’t come down enough is a different question

That's the type of thing I would expect - especially the batch number. I don't qualify for a few more bands, but others suggest they're not getting that,
