Interesting article re mRNA (from Moderna...which was a name born from modified RNA):

There are a whole bunch of companies in the Cambridge, Massachusetts/Harvard/MIT area working in the RNA field. Some are autonomous, some part of a greater whole. It feels as though they have decided to cooperate on different targets. I first came across them about 5 years ago - it strikes me as scientific research done right.

More Covid madness from Australia I see. It’s currently illegal to go home if you’re an Australian citizen stuck in India, with up to 5 years in the nick for so doing. The crazies are in charge everywhere......
It's not crazy to not want your economy closing down and hospital wards full.

I have huge hopes for the Liverpool event, I'll be following that closely in the coming fortnight

It's crazy to effectively make your own citizens outcasts, there will be many Aussies who have been working in India since before covid got a grip there and now can't get back home, why can't they be quarantined rather than criminalised?

It’s for people who travelled to India in the last fortnight who clearly don’t give a fcuk for the safety of their own Aussies. 5 years would be excessive, I agree

Radio 5 Live just said it applies to Aussies who have travelled to India in the last fortnight

In the BBC article there's no mention of when they travelled to India, just whether they've been in India within 14 days of their scheduled arrival in Oz.

From Monday, anyone who has been in India within 14 days of their intended arrival date in Australia will be banned from entering the country.

It’s really not mate. It’s anyone over there, whenever they went. Authoritarianism abounds and it’s all a bit concerning, at least as far as I am concerned.
