After months of scaremongering, moaning about every restriction and telling us were all going to die imminently.
The BBC now in it's populist (so it thinks) narrative, pushing an end to restrictions.
The slightest bit of good news and they and others want the last days of Rome.
Expect this all the way up to next Monday, after which they will be moaning about whatever is announced on 22nd.

The vaccine has definitely kicked in, started to feel really tired as yesterday wore on and a bit heavy legged. Woke up as you do in the middle of the night at my age and it was a real effort to actually get there. Still feeling tired and like I have been hit by a truck. Going back to bed, hopefully should feel better later on.
Hasn't made me regret having the jab more the opposite as I definitely don't want to catch the real thing. Short term pain for long term gain as they say.

Not trying to put anyone off taking it, seems to be no harm and potential benefit. Just thought it would be of interest as there have been questions as to why the govt isn't pushing it. Looks like evidence is inconclusive atm.
Yeah I got that mate, it’s purely for lack of Vit D for me, I am getting naturally

Get a test, you may have Covid, feeling like you have been hit by a truck was exactly my first symptom.

When do people think large weddings will be back on? Going to have to move ours for a second time, this week but honestly have no idea when to aim for, thinking summer 2022 but wonder if even that will be ok at this point.
My wedding is booked in for October this year. We have about 80 there during the day and originally about 120 at night. I still have a bit of hope that it might go ahead with something like 70 there day and night. Might be overly optimistic though.

Johnson said back in Dec that with lateral flow testing and the vaccine we should see things back to normal come summer

Did you have a good Valentine's day yesterday?
He has a point, some spend more than they can afford and split up, sooner than later as circumstances dictate. According to statistics divorce rates are around 33% in England and Wales.

I've been to quite a lot of full day weddings, they bore me to tears, I don't mind the evening do, a few beers, toast the couple and a taxi home, perfect.
