I disagree, I think they need to continue to wait so when we do open up, we open up for good this time. Setting out a plan and publicising it, will put more pressure on them for that not to happen and the nearer it gets, the more people start to disobey the rules.There is no reason why the government should not set out when they reopen.

It's an interesting debate but I dont think it would be fair to say to people you can't go on holiday go to a pub cinema etc as you have refused the vaccination.
