What a mess, and it's actually becoming quite frightening.
This is definitely bigger than football or any other sport.
Everything possible needs to be done to try and stop the spread. Cancel the lot - and that's not just in the hope that the title doesn't end up on Merseyside.

we have recently played in madrid, so could be us.
Until which time a vaccine is developed.
As I suggested yesterday, football and sport is going into the deep freeze.
Forget suspension, it will be cancellation.
Our kids will all be home by the end of next week.
This needs to be done.
In general I would have to agree, although development of a vaccine for all new variants of coronavirus will be a long way off yet.
The current thinking is that we are moving into a new world of a ‘cold, flu & coronavirus season’ each year. This dam thing is already showing mutations in the same way that the flu does but a lot quicker.
We will be looking out for the tail of this for a while now and over the summer - I suspect a form of normality will return during the summer.
This has obvious impact on sports - however apart from that I suspect your spot on in the impact and general devastation we will see at least until we would normally be going into the new season.
It’s gonna be a sad summer without those bloody cryptic music video posts !!!

If they do award the dippers the league there’s no way they will be allowed a parade!!!!

Uefa aren't about to have a say in matters.
Government and local authority calling the shots.
Some taking decisive action, some dithering. The super rich are all jetting off to safe islands in private jets leaving their collateral damage managers and staff behind to continue making their profits. No doubt pressuring governments to keep things going.
