VAR has said: “you’re getting stiffed anyway, so what does it matter?”So are we playing them at home?
I was agreeing with you and simply saying they have canned kids from returning to school because they cannot meet the 2m requirements but are happy for players to breach it. The point also was that according to @marv, there is no issues with football starting as they are low risk, but so are the kidsmosssideblue while I agree that kids are more than likely to not be affected by the Covid19 virus. There have been cases where kids have passed on the virus, and have even died.
All it needs is 1 player from a couple of teams to be tested and show no signs of the virus. Then play 2 days later while playing the virus has started to show it's efects. Then all of a sudden the virus is passed onto who known how many players.
Then these players pass it on to their lives ones. Then before you know you will have a second spike. The Government has made a big mistake in allowing football to restart. They should have been a lot stronger and said no.
Only if we let them have the home dressing room and the passwords and keys for the IT cabinet.
Why cricketers coming into the country do not have to quarantine, but the hoi polloi do ? Is there something in cricket that gives you immunity ? ;-)Another factor to throw in the mix is the kids and I would welcome @Marvin comment on this. It has been acknowledged that kids are not high risk but they have canned the return to schools because of the 2m spacing issue. So, like footballers (allegedly), who are low risk, they can break the 2m rule. The whole thing is being made up on the hoof by this government, let's hope all players and associates needed to make a game do not fall victim to this virus.

All 39 members of the touring party, including 25 players, tested negative for Covid-19 before taking a charter flight from Antigua to Manchester.
They will be tested again as they enter quarantine at Emirates Old Trafford, where they will spend three weeks preparing before heading to the Ageas Bowl in Southampton for the first Test.
