Players as well. Behind closed doors leaves them exposed and given the current checks on an unnamed PL team, that surely means they can’t participate.

At that point it’s no longer a balanced or fair competition.

It has to be suspended in the first instance and then monitored with a view to nullifying this season if the situation doesn’t improve.

It’s irresponsible and not to make this political, it doesn’t help that we have a government who want to allow this virus to spread through the population and ‘manage’ it.

We've hit the tipping point, closed doors wont be enough now when players themselves have to self quarantine, within 2 days the season with probably be at an end IMO.

Leicester players self isolating so presumably Villa players will have to as well seeing they played on Monday.

Only if they actually have it, not if it's just a precaution. But that's the ridiculousness of the situation. Without testing kits, loads of people are going to just feel a bit off without knowing whether they had it or who else they spread it to if anyone.

Most are showing symptoms within 4-5 days, the self isolation is only 14 days because almost everyone exposed has developed it by then, and we played them 19 days ago...if our lot had caught it in that game they'd be diagnosed by now.
