To be honest I think that's why they'll try and finish the season one way or another because if they don't relegate teams then a legal shit storm from teams that want promotion.
You can’t just give them the trophy. Either the league season is completed or it’s not. If it isn’t and issues are not decided with mathematical certainty then nobody gets the trophy.Surely they will just void the leagues, give the scousers the trophy (lets be honest they should have it - no one is catching them) and then just NOT relegate anyone (Hard on the teams int he promotion spots in the lower leagues but not much else that could be done that wouldnt mean adjusting the size/numbers in the leagues - which aint going to happen.
