If true still banging on about finishing the season
Dr whity just said no vaccine in the next calender year and any current drugs that might help will be much later in the year, they just cannot put players and everyone else and by extension their families in danger to play a contact sport swimming in snot
How can the government agree to allow football matches to be played - even if they are without spectators, when it is a close contact sport?
We’ve seen in various media reports, instances where families have been asked by the police to move on when they’ve been having a kick about in a public place, even when they’ve made sure that they’re the requisite 2 metres apart.
Allowing professional sports to resume sends out entirely the wrong message and will make it harder to enforce social distancing measures with the public. There are those that flout them now - this would just give them another excuse.
Where people’s lives are at risk if they contract this virus, any decision to allow football to resume is reckless and will only be motivated by greed.
