Cost of living crisis - how are you all doing?

Think that might be to do with summer holidays as well, but prices are silly for a pint these days, thankfully I’ve got into JW Lees stout at might local tastes better than Guinness and it’s £3.80 a pint!

I’d expect to pay around £4 here locally. It’s soul destroying to be one of four in a pub on a Saturday night. I tried three one time and it was largely the same everywhere.

Just announced that average water bill going up 36 percent over 5 years, and 51 percent down south!!!! Fuck me, the country is broken.
Aye what a complete joke.

Announcing it just before christmas to be pricks. But also the fact our water companies are all twats. Dumping sewage and not investing in facilities.

I refuse to comply with hosepipe bans. I pay for the fucking water, i'll use it as i like. If they have issues fix it.
