Could West Brom Beat Us

I think its a cool enough thread.

Its just fucking shocking that this has become such a 50/50 debate.

Im so pissed off after yesterdays diabolical loada shite.
What the fuck is happening to our beautiful club?

Oh, and course they can!
 
All the excuses about our poor performance this season (injuries etc etc) are shown in their true light by just looking at Newcastle. Now there IS a club with problems yet they have just gone above us. Reguardless of all the 'problems' that we have as a team I just don't get how we aren't better than Newcastle

I think with Hull its a combination of Teamwork, hard endeavour and belief.... like most promoted sides that wont last forever, but I think they've already done enough to survive this season....

we are almost the direct opposite, poor teamwork, players not trying (anyone who saw yesterdays game should know what i mean) and absolutely no belief.

That is a very very difficult combination/circle to break.

It makes it double hard if certain players dont respect the Manager
 
City have over £50m of players signed since Sven not chosen by Hughes.

I think I would go mental in public if I was Hughes and I didn't think people were trying. I would call them on it in front of the fans and the media. If he were to say Elano is not putting a shift in on purpose to try and undermine me, then I reckon most of even the 'Hughes out' people would be furious with him because it's the fans that suffer and bear the risk of the club going down.

Someone needs to man up and come out and bear some responsibility here.

You're spot on about our team not having the ability to fight - we saw that in the Derby. Only Kompany and ireland in the midfield can put their foot in

But WBA are much the same

Thing is, do the players have the confidence now to play their football? I think SWP, Ireland and Robinho will do so. But we've got to stop pressing the self-destruct button when we're not winning games. Draw away, win at home

SWP wins more than most.
 
We are playing without Confidence ,but surley with the Quality we have in the team we can get a result .It aint worth thinking about if Sunderland Win on Sat & we get beat

Going to West Brom next Sunday, if we lose and play crap yet again I'll be joining in on the Hughes out chants that I heard on Saturday.
I don't like stuff like that but If we don't get a result we could be heading towards trouble in a big way, how much time shall we give Hughes? Last month of the season if we are in the bottom 3? Come on we need to act now ffs.
To the pillarks that were shouting Mourinho on Saturday they need to get a reality check as there is no way he would leave a team top of Serie A and in the last 16 CL for a bottom half of the table team in the Premiership.
Yes we have the money, but these sort of players and managers can get the money elsewhere also. And they already have the money.
We are the people that pay for the Club , and yes we should voice our opinions and have our say.
If we lose I'll be having mine, and I'm sure I won't be the only one....
I'll be going to support my team, and be getting behind my team if it goes wrong this time it's time for some action within the Club.

It is a poor stat anyway if it was not false, we did the double over them the year before in the 1st division and they have hardly any time in the prem.
