Could you go a week not eating meat?

Been 7 weeks now a pescatarian.

Found it really easy and don’t miss it at all. Already decided I won’t have turkey at Christmas and tried a few meat less roast dinners and have enjoyed them so far.

I feel lighter, less bloaty and wake up without an alarm now with more energy.
I'd call myself a pescetarian if it wasn't easier to just do one dinner for the whole family sometimes, you're right about energy levels and digestion, it makes a huge difference.
If you ever do find yourself missing meat, go to a decent fishmonger and get a good salmon or tuna steak.

if you're missing meat, just have a nice juicy beef steak.

I could easily do it, but I’d never want to

Indeed, you would be denying yourself both vital nutrients as well as enjoyment.

Each to their own,though.
Especially from grass fed meat.

A portion of grass fed beef liver provides a greater variety of nutrients than any other food.
