Cover versions that shouldn't have been released

That new Kid Rock song that rips off both 'Sweet Home Alabama' and Warren Zevon's 'Warewolves of London'

The tosser wold never dare try anything like that if Lynyrd Skynyrd or Warren Zevon were still alive.

2 great songs ruined.

Er, he has been touring all summer WITH Lynyrd Skynyrd in the States, (The band, if not all it's original members are very much alive and gigging) and the band have given his using part of Sweet Home Alabama their blessing.
As a big fan of Skynyrd, if its turning young fans onto them, then great! Same for Zevon's music too.
