I’d agree with you.
However the poster in question has posted a never ending stream of bile for several days.
He’s also admitted that its aimed at this current Government alone which suggest its more about his ideology from afar than the serious concern the British public have.
Surely his main concern should be the country he lives in, their crisis and their response?
Our office closed last Monday when he recommended home working. We have all been doing that since.Telecommunications companies should be at the forefront of flexible working arrangements.
If you’re office then you should be able to work from home. If you’re network out in the field there are still ways to operate remotely or social distance yourself.
The likes Telecoms should be setting an example by letting their employees work from home.
I work for a telecom company in Ireland and although we thought the company was doing nothing they actually had a project going pushing software down onto all laptops weeks and week ago, to allow email security and limited network applications to operate remotely.
I think for this lockdown to work it will depend on how prepared companies are, there willingness to get on board and to put their employees and consequently the public first.
The public to a point will take on board the seriousness of the situation following the lead of the measures their employers are willing to take.
It should of course go without say that, the public take the directives coming from Johnson or the government but compliance has a lot to do with belief. If your employer doesn’t believe people are inclined to say, well fuck that. I’m not going to be out of pocket.
I’m really interested to see how compliant the UK is because it’s the next logical step for us here in Ireland.
We have now gone from being ahead of you in our actions to being slightly behind, if you comply.
On this island as I argued last week it is counterproductive to have the north and south going at two different paces. The pressure will now be on Varadkar to catch-up.
lockdown here we come.
Now most shops will be shut.
The public won’t gather, hopefully, as they did over the weekend.
The police can fine people for being in the presence of someone they don’t live with or more than two people.
It’s a step in the right direction but we probably need more, which I think we’ll get in a few days.
Talk to your boss, you should be self isolating anyway with those symptoms.I am a bit worried as I have not had a txt or letter saying I should stay off work.
The Crohns and Colitis website says you are in the high risk category if you are taking 20mG or more of Prednisone a day, which I am. It also says you are in the high risk group if you have moderate to active disease despite being on immunosuppressants within the last month. Well I am literally pissing blood out of my back side, even though I am on the prednisone. Added to that I am constantly pissing kidney stones out of my front end.
My doctor is an idiot and it is murder trying to get onto him. I do not know what to do as this virus will wipe me out.

Only the most important information that this country has given out since the war... but yeah, get it wrong. Farcical.
Perhaps I spend an unhealthy amount of time reading the posts in here.I must admit I’m really struggling with the governments response. With regards the poster I don’t really notice patterns I just reply as I see it tbh.
