Pointless comparison unless we know what the testing regimes are in those countries.

Any comparison is pointless until long after this is over, even then an accurate comparison is only possible by mass testing to see how many have had the virus through antibody tests. One question springs to mind if somebody is asymptomatic will the antibody test still show that they have had the virus.
