What could be done is relieving them of mortgages and some taxes as is done in times of emergency and we're doing here, and then obviously regulate the work if it can't be done from home. Safety-distancing, safety equipment if possible etc. People are still going to work here, they're not all able to stay home. But we're hopefully doing it with some attention to health safety.

They were very much surprised at the latest softly softly approach and if this continues into next week some will be breaking ranks. Economics were the reason the govt told them to delay more drastic action.

Every death in this country from this moment onwards is on Boris Johnson in my opinion. He is going to have a lot of blood on his hands. 250,000 people attending Cheltenham and we are letting it go ahead. It’s fucking negligence. Why are people even going? What the fuck is up with everyone the stupid twats. A pandemic is about to rage through our country, so they all gather together just to have a drink and a bet. You can enjoy it in your living room and still be helping slow the spread at the same time, Jesus Christ.

If either of my nans get this they will be in such a bad way. I can’t even bear thinking about it and how we are doing nothing to prevent it. So fucking angry.

At what point if any would it become a WHO mandate to restrict movement? to me it seems a bit pointless in the big scheme of things for individual countries to take partial restrictive steps out of sync with each other when international transit is still possible with non restrictive countries and the restrictions are going to start and finish at completely different times.

Wish I could remember the name but he has spoken to doctors and scientists who are in direct contact with the government. To paraphrase they heard the government's arguments about the effects on the economy and the problems attached with it . They aren't convinced but will speak with one voice but some will break ranks very soon. Next week he said.

Someone else must have heard it on 5 live this morning.

What's out of context? One of the theory's, he's not been chatting with the lads down his local has he? One of the theories is straight from government, it's admittance that they've considered doing FA and let the old and vulnerable die off. It's absolutely disgusting!

Yep, Marinakis has it. He was at the Forest game on Friday in their dressing room, and I believe also Olympiacos at the weekend. This guy is fucking loaded, be interesting to see how his treatment and recovery goes. Other than being grossly overweight, he seems in reasonable health. Probably the highest profile case so far, fingers crossed for his recovery and that it hasn't spread within his football clubs.
