2nd walk today and the posse of cyclists marauding through the streets, swerving joggers recalled posts on here of 6 weeks ago.

The one thing which I think maybe important is that all these rather selfish people have been inside for 7 weeks and are unlikely to be contagious.

When the UK locked down you were going out for a walk at the same time as contagious joggers, cyclists indeed other walkers.

The upside of this if I am correct is that far more people in the UK will have been infected which should benefit you in the medium to long term.

I wonder if the Care Comission don't work at the weekend? Not many deaths reported outside hospital

So a quick question if I may. One of our daughters who works at Oldham Royal was tested at Manny airport and the result today came back negative. The question is how does that protect her, the general public or patients if it's feasible she could unknowingly contract Covid the following day?

She should have only been tested if she was showing symptoms that would have meant her self isolating.
The test would have been to see if she could go back to work.
My wife (and myself) had a cough. She is a key working teacher. The cough excluded her from going into work. We were both tested on Wednesday.
The results came back negative on Friday. This allows her back into work.
You are right though, nothing to stop her actually getting it on Thursday, and then going into work.

The test is just a moment in time T,she has to just carry on doing what she doing and stay safe,get another test if she feels ill

Has this been posted on here (apologies if so...and double apols if it’s been debunked already);
