I was being a cynic, and for different reasons it looks like I was right. Daily Mail fitting a story around their angle, who'd have thought hey :)
 
For those interested, better news from Italy than what the past couple of days had brought (see my post last night). 274 deaths in 24 hours, almost 100 down on yesterday's figure which had risen for the 3rd day in a row. New infections around the same as yesterday with a few more tests.

Quick, get that in the positive news thread. We crave stuff like that down there and its just about to disappear onto page 2 as well!
 
To be honest I’m not sure there is a big difference in the UK message and the Scottish message earlier. Just more clarity and less room for doubt in the Scottish message.
