And my opinion is you have an inferiority complex. There again, you clearly have plenty to feel inferior about.

LOL You're getting upset that someone disagrees with you about a county of all things. Do you get upset at postal district and ward level too?

Inferiority complex? Where I live is middle class suburbia. Nice people but a cultural vacuum with no soul. I think it is a bit of a shit hole too. Good schools though. Unbelievably, it is considered aspirational by some. You should hear my views on Cheshunt and Wood Green (where I used to live).

Fuck me, you don't work for the tourist board do you? Maybe @Manc in London has a point. :-)

Haha.

Definitely a mood change today.

Seems like the steps are now laid down as we begin to switch the lights back on.

Let's pray to God this thing doesn't come back for a 2nd bite.

Male security guards, chefs and taxi drivers are among those most likely to die from COVID-19, according to new figures.plant processing workers, construction workers and bus and coach drivers are also among those with the highest coronavirus death rates, according to data released by the Office for National Statistics.

Healthcare workers like doctors and nurses did not have a higher mortality rate compared with others of the same age and sex. But researchers did find people working in social care, including care workers and home carers, had "significantly" higher death rates than the working population as a whole.

This is what baffles me more than anything, its complete bollocks, so I can meet my mate without his mrs or kids in the park as long as we sit 2 metres apart or I could go to the park with all my household and sit right next to another household as long as we stay 2 metres apart, why cant said other household be my mate, his mrs and kids?

Fucking shambles from start to this point from a bunch if inept cunts 'running' our country
If you have to ask that question is it any wonder we are in the state we are in.

Male security guards are probably pumped full of steroids and have heart rates going 100 miles an hour which won't help. They often think bulking up on the gear makes them hard without doing the hard yards

I actually think that this is a sensible move if, for whatever reason, masks are low in supply and there's a genuine concern a rush to buy them will leave essential workers short.

I would rather they say this than lie and tell us we don't need them so as to hide the fact we don't have enough.
The CMO's haven't seen any new evidence to say we need them ,boris did say the other day they would be useful for confidence,i think that is pretty much all they are for,i think people will get a false sense of security myself

Two new strains have changed their protein spikes.

That may result in vaccines becoming useless before they're available. Tests may be rendered null and void too.
I'm pessimistic about most of this. I'd reached a sort of fatalistic equilibrium before the latest vacuous slogans. But don't despair of a vaccine - there may be mutations but there's only one strain.
