Who staff's these covid only nightingales.

They are a mixtures of nurses, doctors, backed up by final year medical students including those doing dentistry and those from other disciplines. I know this because I have relatives who have been called up from other areas of the NHS for Covid duty in Manchester.

I love that Lancashire council have banned trick or treating.

So they plan to stop kids being naughty on the one night they are allowed to be by asking them to stop being naughty then too. Something that has worked every time in the history of pretty much nowhere.

I guess instead of fining them pocket money they plan to take away their toffee apple.

But that was what they wanted to portray, if every pub had been adhering to the rules religiously, they had no story.

They would have filmed at many pubs,and then edited to what they wanted you too see and believe.

I went in dishoom in Manchester yesterday , you even had your temperature taken before being allowed in.

As an aside the Manchester special biryani in that place is amazing

The number of out of hospital deaths added daily has started to rise. That is 23 today I think.

Saw that earlier. Amongst the replies of those defending this 'They're acting within the rules', 'Are staff not allowed to watch the football when they're cleaning up' amongst others.

Being flippant knowing fine well they are taking the piss out of the rules, encouraging stupid behaviour and sticking it on social media to get their brand heard.

Got sympathy with the hospitality industry but I wish no success to this particular owner.
