I wouldn't be best pleased with this chap getting onto a ward, if it was one of mine laid up.
He's even managing to miss the point by assuming his usage of NHS masks are the problem.

We’d already sold our tickets for the game, too dangerousDoes anyone ever think how different this thread would be if Arteta hadn’t contracted Coronavirus just before our game? That was the best thing that could have happened for tens and tens of thousands of people in Manchester and beyond. Who knows how many members of this board and/or family members would have perished if that game had gone ahead.
They just have. There are firm rules about the use off PPE and barrier procedures these don’t change because of a crisis, or at least shouldn’t.

That's cos you were wearing one of those masks I gave you :-)
I’m not sure that makes much sense tbh, I used to wear full PPE most days at work (admittedly in a completely different industry) and believe me there were no grey areas. They just have.
The one that seems most controversial is the extended use of the same PPE for different patients (sessional use).
"A session ends when the health and social care worker leaves the clinical care setting or exposure environment. Once the PPE has been removed it should be disposed of safely. The duration of a single session will vary depending on the clinical activity being undertaken.
"While generally considered good practice, there is no evidence to show that discarding disposable respirators, facemasks or eye protection in between each patient reduces the risk of infection transmission to the health and social care worker or the patient. Indeed, frequent handling of this equipment to discard and replace it could theoretically increase risk of exposure in high demand environments, for example, by leading to increasing face touching during removal. The rationale for recommending sessional use in certain circumstances is therefore to reduce risk of inadvertent indirect transmission, as well as to facilitate delivery of efficient clinical care."
Statisticians please!A good picture of Spain's epidemic coming under control undistorted by changes in testing rates.

Can't one of the Health Service Professionals video what's going on? Kemp is jumping on the Covid bandwagon.I accept that but isn’t there a case for video documentation of history? It might also be used as evidence in a public enquiry? Just a thought
FFS it's like having Che Guervara on the forum.@Vic secreting his politicaly motivated posts within the structure of another post.
It'll take more than that to shake @George Hannah off your tail.
Nice try though.

I never passed any comment on the quality of his documentaries. In fact, his stuff is, on the whole, pretty decent. I just find this idea to be objectionable.I don’t know but generally his documentaries are pretty good so I’ll give him the benefit of the doubt on this one

It was postponed as they had played Olympiakos whose owner had it, Arteta probably had it by then but it wasn't known. The Old Trafford game a few days earlier could have done with calling off as well, a absolute petri dish. I had dome concerns over the LC final as well and stayed off the tube.
We called it on here for weeks ago didn’t we? What did he miss? That there was a pandemic knocking about? Now Prime Minister Stefan Löfven has has admitted that Sweden was not properly prepared for the pandemic and that it is "obvious that country has not done enough".
The fuck was they playing at.
@Chippy_boy @Coatigan . These are the table and graphs I mentioned this morning.Update for today. Note that yesterdays 117 is already 442 and i think may end up over 800.
I was wondering about the March 31 drop then realised that's the effect of the first intervention back on the 12th when 7 days isolation was introduced so I added markers for the other interventions with a similar lag. Too early to see anything yet.
