how enlightening.

no mate I know where you loyalty lies but as ever you are shit at reading the room, it’s been a fucking awful response from a government who had every opportunity to see what might be happening but they sent us of VAT reduced eating and knowing exactly where it would land, it’s yet again another shithouse response from a government that’s fucked and coming from me as a Conservative voter.

Five days to go party like its doomsday and infect the nation or five days to start early and do the right thing.

Wonder which is most likely to happen?

Oh and I loved the little dig that this has to be passed by parliament - on Wednesday.

Of course, you do not debate the most important issue impacting the nation for 5 days. Must be more important things to do first.

So you've lost your job already? If so, there will be thousands like you who won't be happy. Could say, as Sunak did, that not every job could be saved but it will piss some right off.
Sunack just abandoned half a million in the entertainment sector in August. then they awarded themselves a pay rise the next month.

I just see decent blokes trying their best mate. Stay safe.

This is the respiratory virus season
September isn’t and this spike started in September, seemingly a lot came from those holidaying in Spain. Plus spikes in the warmer parts of Europe like Spain France, it started back in August. Winter won’t help when it comes but this isn’t down to winter.

I went to my local gym and the staff were gold. Made the effort to dress up and were in high spirits. I'm happy to keep laying whilst it's shut if it keeps them in the job.
Yeah my gym halted our payments during lockdown, then gave us a free month in August and a half price month in Septmeber. I’d be happy to pay for November if it meant they kept their jobs

nonsense. could have continued doing what we were doing but better. and kept the vulnerable shielded. now we are all in the same crap place not ten percent of us. people will lose their livlihoods and homes. mental health issues will soar and the suicide rate will rise. thats the down side of this move.
People wont do it , why do you think we are where we are , we have to do this , we have fucked this from march when we stopped testing , testing early was the way to control it, we were told to test test test

Who is vulnerable ,? half the nhs staff are vulnerable , the bame community are vulnerable etc etc

Yes, 11 years and due to us supply to hospitality, I and a few others have gone.
Very sorry to hear that. I knew hospitality would be badly hit but it still saddens me to have it confirmed that people's livliehoods are gone.
I don't think Sunak understands, at all, how difficult it is to retrain when you have bills to pay. Especially now.
