Regional scoreboard:

London 1804 - down from 2352

Midlands 2465 - down from 2638

North East 1506 - up from 1391

Yorkshire 3731 - down from 4014,

But North West - 3077 - way down from 4520 and well below Yorkshire too.

This is the lowest NW total for 38 days.

GM out of that total had 1541 cases - as you can see almost exactly 50%.

That is the lowest GM score for 22 days.

But as the 50% reveals the rest of the NW had low numbers too.

GM highlights (full table after the match).

Every single borough well down. Nobody over 300 for first time in a while. Only two boroughs over 200.

And one borough sub 100 for first time in a while too.

Some very low Pop Scores as well that will impact positively all positions on the red watch list.

GM scoreboard:

Manchester 270 - down from 380. Total cases 23, 146. Weekly 2362. Pop score up 49 to 4187. Weekly Pop down to 428.

Wigan 223 - down from 276. Total cases 13, 147. Weekly 1981. Pop score up 68 to take Wigan exactly into the 4000 club. Just becoming the 6th GM borough to do so. Weekly Pop down to 603.

Oldham 188 - way down from 306. Total cases 11, 705. Weekly 1755. Pop score up 79 to enter the 4900 club at 4936 and may well be GMs first (and Britain's second) resident of the 5000 club tomorrow behind Blackburn. Weekly Pop down big to 740.

Bolton 180 - down from 199. Total cases `12, 199.Weekly 1501. Pop score up 62 to enter the 4200 club at 4242. Weekly pop down to 522.

Salford 135 - down hugely from 257. Total cases 10, 498. Weekly 1395. Pop score up 52 to 4056. Weekly Pop down big to 539.

Rochdale 124 - down a lot again from 231. Total cases 9852. Weekly 1278. Pop score up 56 to enter the 4400 club at 4430. Weekly Pop down a lot to 575.

Bury 121 down from 169. Total cases 7756. Weekly 1085. Pop score up 63 to become the 7th GM borough to enter the 4000 club at 4061. Only 3 to go - though happily only Tameside is likely within the next week or two. Stockport not even in the 3000s yet so hopefully a while away. Weekly Pop down to 568.

Trafford 107 down from 139. Total cases 7336. Weekly 924. Best weekly total in GM. Pop score up 45 to 3091 . It took 17 days to get through the 2000s so let us hope it takes longer to be number 9 into the 4000 club. Weekly Pop falls again to 389.

Stockport 105 - down 100 after going up 100 the day before. Weird. Total cases 8506. Weekly 1062 Pop score up 36 - lowest in GM today to reach 2899. Increases lead on Trafford for best overall Pop Score to 192. Weekly Pop down a lot to 362

Tameside 88 - oddly the same number Trafford had the last time anywhere in GM was sub 100 a week ago. Down hugely from 183. Total cases 8359. Weekly 1032. Pop score up 39 to 3691. Weekly Pop down to 456.

selfish wankers. We are too soft. I would have arrrested them alll and put them on a remote Scottish island until it is all over. Absolute wankstains.
Bit harsh on the Scottish Islanders, how about deploying them to Covid wards around Greater Manchester, sweep floors and general shit jobs for a fortnight.

My poor mum has had to go into hospital today and have a Covid test. She has COPD anyway so breathing not good on a good day. I hope it’s just an infection that they can sort quickly but with all the Covid about in hospital it’s very worrying. The last 24 hours have been very traumatic. I’ve got everything crossed for her. It was awful seeing her have to go on her own and not being certain what the outcome will be.

Fingers crossed for her and you, had that experience a couple of weeks back when my partner who has copd was carted off. Fortunately in her case it was just an infection and she was discharged the day after.

Ended that week finding out both my eldest son and my elderly mum had copped for it and tested positive, both fortunately now ok.

First thing I would do turn off all mobile providers (first pic looks like a nazi gathering)
Secondly tear gas the fking lot of them.
Thirdly smack the shit out of them,.
Fkwitts show no respect to anyone NHS the Fallen who should never be forgotten
After giving the most precious thing one can do,give your life for freedom.
Yet these c.nts deserve fk all.

N Ireland 3 wks ago v 2 wks v last wk v today

Deaths 5 v 8 v 8 v 7 today

Cases 1012 v 896 v 685 v 420 today - again very clear signs of a good decrease during restrictions

The 7 day rolling case total was 6898 - 3 weeks ago, 5011 last Sunday and now 3909 today as proof positive the above is a real downward trend in cases day to day and week to week during circuit breaker and not just weekend numbers.

Patients 228 v 317 v 361 v 396 today - again clear evidence of a slowing down

ICU ventilators 23 v 27 v 41 v ?? - less so here - though to explain that number it is the total in icu not on ventilator beds as such. On Friday (last day we have the exact data for ventilators it was 49 in icu and 39 in ventilated beds there - so the icu beds have risen by 6 and it is not clear what has happened to the 39 total but it is likely to be somewhere around that or just above).
They shut schools in NI though because it was so bad.

Do you want to kill everyone in hospital?
These are grade A tossers
