Similar mate. I have made numerous attempts to be paid up for work done even called onsite to get my materials back just last week. Got palmed off by the agent on site that the QS knew nothing about it. He was supposed to ring me all week, made inquiries and still no sign of a phone call ,never mind a payment. Bollox to it my materials will be in my possession this afternoon. Its just so disrespectful.
its peoples lives they mess with whaen they dont pay...they expect you to chase your own money...twunts. good luck, get me some cement while your there!! ha

Funny you say that as I`m gonna be disconnecting the silo providing the mortar. Lets see what the main contractor says when I stop the job. Got work next week for the materials so I`ll not be out of pocket anymore .
grab us a few buckets of compo then pal ive got a bit of pointing to do at home!! Be careful though blue, your stopping a lot of people working...they wont like that...

It annoys me more that melinda messenger can walk into a kitchen company and get everything for fuck-all money. I wonder what would happen if she asked DeNiro for a free carpet?
this also gets me....i might get a camera, a channel 5 t shirt and say im standing in for melissa so can we have ..... and send it to my house
or do u think i have to be blonde with big tits?
Natalie Pike is a brunette with a pair of massive tits. You can see them interviewing fans around the ground on the big screens.

Sorry Danny ;-)

Sorted. Got my materials after letting the lads on the job get enough mortar to keep them going. Turns out the Site Manager was on my side as long as I made a list of materials needed to rectify the water connection on site (something I initially offered to do) . I had the receipts of all the goods, had called the subi`s agent to let him know my intentions he even tried to blag me again, lol. He will be highly embarassed as he is the son of the subcontractor, as they have been paid for the job and now they will have to pay for the plumber onsite re-doing all the work. Which will be more costly than my original invoice , more fool them. Had to laugh as I have just finished a lead replacement at a house and have half that amount in my pocket . I will stick to private work and the landlord work that pay me promptly in future and stuff this commercial work ,as I said before it should be a criminal case not a civil case when we get ripped off .

Got a phone call to pick up two cheques for other work done on friday after a phone call from the director , both cheques were post dated October and September both just signed and put into an envelope . They have no shame . Asked me to put the connections back on and they would pay me up ,to little too late as the work had already been done by site plumber,so they have to pay him now, karma.
Hope you get the weather for that pointing Jacko , this wind might blow that pointing out for you : )
