Cracks worth covering ?

We had a few similar in one of our bedrooms, had a plasterer in to repair and skim the ceiling, did a great job for around £250

Couple coats of paint ain’t gonna cost much but thousands knocked off the price it’s your choice

Fill the cracks in, paint everything white. Makes the rooms look more spacious and it is a blank canvass for the buyers. When I sold a house a few years back I used a couple of tubes of decorators chaulk and a few tubs of white emulsion, spent less than a ton, whole house looked bigger and brighter and cleaner. Sold pretty quick for over the asking price
Also put chrome cupboard knobs on if it has a fitted kitchen/bathroom and shorten any hanging lights... makes the place lighter and more airy. The invoice is in the post.....

I think this is a good call for the OP. His wall has some sort of 1980's polyripple relief onboard so will be super hard to disguise with polyfilla or caulk.

Best bets to re plaster and be done with it, too much papping around trying to placate the unplacatable ones such as his potential buyers and surveyors.

The laugh is I was thinking of buying it.
Right location close to the schools and shops.
Close to the motorway but far enough to be free of noise and pollution.
It had everything going for it.....

Now............. yeh right

Speaking of kippering I've had a right Mare disguising my jowls and turkey neck, with Holland and Barrett having me over for a fat lad by overselling me creams potions and Collagens by the bucketful.

Then it came to me in a flash! All I needed to do was grow a beard and Bobs your Uncle. It's not an uncle Albert persay but covers the anti with gusto. I trim with a Wahl on a number 6 and now you can't keep me away from mirrors.
