Wales most likely need to start appointing managers from beyond their own stock.

He was fantastic for us. Who can forget his post match interview at Stamford Bridge around the height of the Terry/Bridge saga? "We all know what JT is like". Or the time when he was up in Glasgow for a friendly while he was with us, when a Rangers fan came up to him and asked him to sign a Rangers shirt. "I can't sign that!", he said (ex Celtic, see?).Chuffed for him. Loved him when he was with us.
