Foden playing in the centre could be a completely different proposition. I get the impression he just doesn’t like being a wide forward.
He seemed to like it well enough for the first 200 games of his career.
Given his recent form, that may not be as far away as we thinkWill worry about it when KdB leaves.

It’s not human nature to suddenly decide you hate the position you’ve played incredibly successfully for the last 5 years and start putting in awful performances every week.
That’s obvious to everyone except you, because you’ve decided the problem with a Foden is not his form, it’s that he’s “out of position” playing the position he’s played 90% of his professional games in, so now you’ve got to invent reasons why this is the case.
